At Auro Systems, we are committed to delivering your printer cartridges quickly and safely across Puducherry and other parts of India. This Shipping Policy explains our practices regarding shipping, delivery times, and related charges.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship printer cartridges across Puducherry, Tamil Nadu, and other major locations in India.
• Printer servicing is offered onsite within Puducherry and nearby regions.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Within Puducherry: 2 – 4 business days.
• Rest of India (metro cities): 4 – 7 business days.
• Other locations: 7 – 10 business days depending on courier availability.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Within Puducherry: Free delivery for orders above ₹1,000; a standard shipping charge of ₹80 applies for orders below this value.
• Rest of India: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details to monitor your shipment.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect cartridge, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the package and product.
• Missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

7. Restrictions

• We do not ship outside India at this time.
• Large bulk orders may require additional handling time. Customers will be notified in advance.
