Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Auro Systems, we strive to provide reliable printer servicing and high-quality printer cartridges. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled.

1. Service Cancellations

  • Once a printer servicing request has been confirmed and work has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
  • If you need to cancel a scheduled onsite service before the technician visit, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Product Cancellations (Cartridges)

  • Orders for printer cartridges can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

3. Returns & Refunds – Printer Cartridges

  • Eligible Returns: Cartridges can be returned only if:
    • They are unused and unopened in their original packaging.
    • They are defective or damaged on delivery (proof required).
  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refund Method: Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 – 10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used cartridges.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Customized or special-order cartridges.

5. Refunds for Services

  • Payments for completed printer servicing are non-refundable.
  • If a service cannot be fulfilled due to technical limitations on our end, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.

6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit/debit card company or bank, as processing times vary.
  3. If still unresolved, contact us directly for assistance.
