• Cartridge Delivery: Delivery times depend on your location and product availability. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed before purchase.

5. Warranty & Liability

• Printer servicing is carried out by skilled technicians, but Auro Systems is not liable for pre-existing damages or third-party interference after servicing.
• Cartridges come with manufacturer or compatible warranty policies as applicable.
• Auro Systems is not responsible for indirect losses, data loss, or business interruption due to printer downtime.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Printer Services: Once service has started, cancellations are not permitted.
• Cartridges: Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed as per our Return Policy.
